CHECK-IN DEADLINE
The check-in deadlines specify the time limit beyond which you can no longer board our flights.
Generally, check-in begins one hour before departure. The latest check-in time is 20 minutes for domestic flights and 30 minutes for international flights.
Caution: passed these deadlines, the check-in desk will be closed and your seat may be given to another passenger.

Exceptions :
- Disabled people, unaccompanied minors (UM), passengers with luggage that do not conform to airline standards, must come one hour before departure.
- Passengers who are sick or who require special medical care on board can be allowed to fly under certain conditions.

Passengers must be in compliance with the police, customs and health requirements at their destination, transit, and departure countries.
This is also valid when they return to the country of origin.
